Norway, Country in Focus – programme for Sunday Feb 10th
During the European Film Market (EFM) from Friday February 8th until Wednesday February 13th at the International Film Festival in Berlin 2019, Norway House will host seminars, presentations, networking events, debates, press conferences etc.
During the whole week, you will be able to meet Norwegian filmmakers, producers, distributors, investors, and creative talents and discuss future collaborations as well as the chance to take a closer look at Norwegian productions.

Six up and coming female filmmakers pitched their projects in Norway House on Saturday
UP is a talent program for female filmmakers, whereof six participants pitched their projects in Norway House yesterday. The six filmmakers are Elisabeth Kvithyll, Silje Evensmo Jacobsen, Ingrid Stenersen, Johanna Pyykkö, Erika Calmeyer, Nina Barbosa Blad and Ellen Ugelstad. Read more about the projects here.

Louis & Luca - Mission to the Moon Generation Kplus premiere
The Norwegian Generation Kplus competitor, the stop motion animation Louis & Luca - Mission to the Moon had its premeire in Haus Der Kulturen Der Welt. One can see from the creators that it was a hilarious screening.

Out Stealing Horses - World Premiere
Hans Petter Moland's competition entry Out Stealing Horses, based on Per Pettersons famous novel, had its world premiere yesterday. The actors Stellan Skarsgård, Bjørn Floberg, Danica Curic, Tobias Santelmann and Jon Ranes were all present in Berlin with Moland.

Out Stealing Horses in Compettiion, followed by Louis and Luca - Mission to the Moon, Dad and She-Pack in Generation KPlus, False Belief in Forum Expanded and The Wayward Girl starring Liv Ullman in Berlinale Classics, four minority co-productions and 14 films at the market. Norway is the first country to build its own house for EFM
Norway House is the place where you can meet Norwegian filmmakers, representatives from film commisions, film regions, film funds, the Norwegian Film Insitute and the Norwegian Film & TV Producers’ Association in addition to Norwegian suppliers of services and equipment for international film productions.
Norway House is located in Niederkirchnerstrasse 5, right next to the Mirror Tent and across the road from the European Film Market in Gropius Bau.
