Sharkwater by canadian Rob Stewart delivers a very powerful message urging us to save the endangered species, the top predator is essential to the marine ecosystem, and we have already destroyed some 90% of shark population. Essentialy because of shark finning, illegal long line fishing (up to 60miles).
The films reveals the dark realities behind shark finning (taking live of hundreds of millions of sharks every year).
Besides the expected High Def stunning sharks underwater sequences the film has powerful sequences in which we see Rob and his band of  renegades conservationists fight against local authorities of Costa Rica.

The documentary fits wonderfuly in this festival environment.
The message and the style. Walking through the predator laggons in the Atlantis resort opens to a new way of looking at this animal who owned our planets 150 Millions of years before we reached it!
