The Couture Fashion Week New York Fall 2013 Collections (CFWNY) was held during fashion week at the New Yorker, February 15-17, 2013. Produced by fashion designer Andrés Aquino, this season’s sophisticated and imaginative collection premiered by exceptional and innovative designers from around the world on the runway included ALLEX KANGALA, CATALIN BOTEZATU, LAILA WAZNA, MARISOL HENRIQUEZ, MARLENE HAUTE COUTURE, OLIVIA TARPEY and RUBY JOHNSON.

ANDRES AQUINO Fall 2013 Runway Show with a special live performance by Broadway Sings for Pride commenced Saturday, February 16, 8:00pm at the Grand Ballroom in the New Yorker. Aquino’s “First Lady Collection” inspired by dignitaries and celebrities such as the first lady Michelle Obama, Margaret Thatcher, Queen Elizabeth II, and Nancy Reagan included evening gowns and dresses (slit, sleeveless), dress and pantsuits in black/blue, gold, metallic grey, plum, red, turquoise, accessorized with exquisite pearls by Lucoral & Lupearl.
