Vision Films Announces Representation of the Regent Entertainment Film LibraryPictured Lise Romanoff with Adam Wright in their Cannes Office facing the red carpet - Photo Bruno Chatelin Vision Films, a leading worldwide independent distributor of feature films, documentary specials, television series, music and reality programming, announces today their representation of all Regent Entertainment titles worldwide. The agreement with Regent Releasing (a division of Regent Entertainment) marks another important milestone in Regent’s growth, reinforcing the diversity of programs the company continues to offer and its increasing presence in the domestic and international film markets. Under this new partnership, Vision Films will represent feature films and television programs from the extensive Regent library in both U.S and international territories. The deal takes effect immediately and will include award-winning titles such as Departures, the Academy Award® winner for Best Foreign Language Film, Gods and Monsters, the Academy Award® winner for Best Adapted Screenplay starring Brendan Fraser, Ian McKellen and Lynn Redgrave, Teen Monster starring Ryan Reynolds and Shelly Duvall, Gen-Y Cops starring Paul Rudd and Maggie Q, Rated X, starring Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez, Stephanie Daley, starring Tilda Swinton, Amber Tamblyn and Constance Wu, Harlan County War starring Holly Hunter and Stellan Skarsgard, Possessed starring Timothy Dalton and Christopher Plummer, and many more. CEO / Managing Director of Vision Films, Lise Romanoff says: “We have had a long-lasting relationship with Paul Colichman, Mark Harris, Peter Dekom and Steve Jarchow and Regent Entertainment and we are extremely pleased to be representing their library, including an array of high quality movies that are available in multiple languages for re-issue and new licenses.” Vision Films is a worldwide distributor and sales agent and the partnership marks further growth to their significant library of content. Vision Films have also partnered with Trafalgar Releasing to bring feature documentary Living in the Future’s Past produced and presented by Jeff Bridges to U.S. theaters on October 5th. Vision Films will be exhibiting new acquisitions for 2018/19 at this years annual Toronto International Film Festival, including action movies Point Man and Betrayed, family movies Cecil and Bennett’s Song, a top-selling romantic comedy 5 Weddings and the worlds first 100% charitable movie benefiting children with cancer The Healer.
