 SAANSEIN - A romantic-horror franchise in the making?
Horror in India is still at an amateur level as compared to its Western counterparts. However, films like RAAZ franchise have set a new benchmark being the first musical, romance-horror flick. And now the upcoming film SAANSEIN – THE LAST BREATH is also joining the bandwagon. We have seen quite a few horror flicks but they were out-and-out spooky.
Interestingly, SAANSEIN is probably the second film after RAAZ franchise to fall under romantic-horror genre with some good music. In fact, the music and songs of SAANSEIN have already received thumbs up and each song has crossed million plus views. SAANSEIN boasts of singers like Arijit Singh, Armaan Malik, Dev Negi, Shibani Sur, Ash King, Najam Bajwa, Swati Sharma, and the music is composed by Vivek Kar and lyrics penned by Kumaar.
While RAAZ series have been super successful, it is to be seen if SAANSEIN also follows suit and turns into a franchise like RAAZ.
Starring Rajniesh Duggall, Sonarika Bhadoria with Hiten Tejwani, Neetha Shetty in pivotal roles supported well by Vishal Malhotra, Amir Dalvi, SAANSEIN is directed by Rajiv S Ruia. SAANSEIN is produced by Goutam Jain and Vivek Agarwal under the banner GPA Productions.
