LGBTQ Films to Play Israel Film Festival in Los Angeles opening tomorrow
West Coast Premiere of Award-Winning Documentary Family in Transition and The critically praised and award-winning LGBTQ themed films The Cakemaker and Family in Transition will each screen at the 32nd Israel Film Festival in Los Angeles, taking place November 6th – 20th. The Cakemaker, which had its U.S. premiere at last year’s Festival, will have encore screenings this year in celebration of the film being named Israel’s Official Selection for the 2019 Academy Awards for Best Foreign Film, and the documentary Family in Transition will have its West Coast Premiere. Festival screenings will show at the Ahrya Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills and the Laemmle Town Center 5 Theatre in Encino.
