Anni Wessman project manager of International co-productions for Finland talks to Laurie Gordon about the new initiative launched in January 2017. The productions are The Guardian Angel by Art Film Production, the Gigglebug animation series by Gigglebug Entertainment and The New Norway, a documentary by Saamifilmi. SCREENSHOT/GIGGLEBUG Gigglebug's commissioning broadcasters are YLE Finland and SRF Switzerland. Finland has announced the first three productions to make use of the country’s new tax incentive. As of the beginning of the year, Finland has offered a 25 per cent tax rebate for film and TV production.
