EVOLUTIONARY FILMS RELEASES CAIN HILL - BASED ON A TERRIFYING TRUE STORY – STARRING GEMMA ATKINSON (CURRENTLY FLYING HIGH ON BBC’S STRICTLY COME DANCING), ALEX ZANE AND MICHAEL PARR, IN THE UK TOMORROW (27TH OCTOBER).
London based production, sales and distribution company Evolutionary Films, is thrilled to announce that Cain Hill, a horror feature based on a terrifying true story, is released on all major platforms in the UK tomorrow, just in time for Halloween.
Directed by Gene Fallaize (Superman: Requiem) and produced by Tony Cook, Cain Hill stars Gemma Atkinson, (Strictly Come Dancing 2017, Emmerdale), Alex Zane (Rude Tube, Alex Zane’s GuestList) and Michael Parr (Emmerdale).
The cast also includes Edward Elgood, Hannah Jacobs, Phill Martin, Tony Cook and Marcus Ako. Synopsis: A group of documentary filmmakers are filming a TV special about the events which occurred at the famous and mysterious abandoned Cain Hill asylum many years earlier, and the unexplained abductions and murders that have occurred at the site since then. The group soon learn that one of the inmates never left Cain Hill at all… Evolutionary Films is distributing Cain Hill in the UK, and is also handling international sales for the film, which they will be presenting to buyers at the upcoming AFM in Santa Monica in November. Ross Boyask, Creative Director at Evolutionary Films said: “We have released a variety of products in the UK over the past several months, from high quality theatrical drama such as Let Me Go, to wholesome family fun like Who Killed Nelson Nutmeg? on digital and DVD, therefore Cain Hill is the perfect title for us to be releasing at Halloween.” ABOUT EVOLUTIONARY FILMS 26.10.2017 | American Film Market Dailies's blog Cat. : FILM
