The Turin International Film Festival-TFF which will take place 22-30 November 2024 in the beautiful city of Turin unveils it's poster and the new festival director. Giulio Base, originally from Turin, will be the new festival director following Steve della Casa.

Giulio Base has dedicated the next edition of the festival to superstar Marlon Brando, the enigmatic American will be on the festival's poster. A vaste retrospective of the films will be part of the festival celebrating the American actor.

"Among the many images of Marlon Brando, I find that this one best represents this edition of the Torino Film Festival – underlines Giulio Base. It is one of the rare photos in which he looks directly into the lens, not for the needs of the scene but to seek complicity, he smiles slyly, puts his tie in place, seduces you. It's a shot you don't expect: Brando is untouchably beautiful, bathed in this Parisian light that makes the city looks so much like Turin, to remind everyone that there is a festival waiting for them, there is him waiting for them."
