Academy Award winner, Pedro Almodóvar, received a FEROZ® Award for the teaser of his latest movie I´m So Excited!.

The FEROZ® Awards were handed out early this week in Madrid. Created by the Asociación de Informadores Cinematográficos de España (AICE), FEROZ® Awards was a huge success reuniting press and movie stars on its first edition.

Although some favorites won, not surprises for ‘Three Many Wedding’ winning best comedy and best posters or Marian Alvarez, best actress. It is her year with such a great performance in ‘La Herida’. All chances for her to win the Goya® Award. Antonio de la Torre, best actor for his portrait of a cannibal… There were unexpected winners like ‘Stockholm’ for best drama or ‘Witching and Bitching’ actors Terele Pávez and Mario Casas winning best supporting actors. Also Victor Reyes won best music for Grand Piano.

David Trueba got two FEROZ® trophies for best director and best screenplay for his film ‘Living is easy with eyes closed’ a beautiful true story starred by Javier Cámara.

Most of them will be competing again for the Goya® Awards on the 9 of February.
