Crash Landing Simon Field talks about his first steps as festival director, and his aim to maintain the original spirit of Rotterdam. Exploding screens With the scheduled opening of over 50 screens in the next three years, the Pathe cinema chain has ambitious plans for The Netherlands.

Muscular Buster A mixture of acrobatic kung-fu and death-defying stunts, along with his genial persona, have seen Jackie Chan become Asia's biggest star. Festival Films A selection of film premieres on Thursday, including the first two films selected for the Tiger Award competition: Daijiga umule pajinna (The Day a Pig Fell Into the Well) and Last Holiday.
