INDUSTRY@TALLINN & BALTIC EVENT PROJECTS AT TORONTO

We congratulate the projects that have participated in the different sections of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event in recent years and have been selected into the programme of TIFF.

The projects are:
Miracle (dir. Egle Vertelyte), B’EST EAVE Producers Workshop in 2013;
Suleiman Mountain (dir. Elizaveta Stishova), B’EST EAVE Producers Workshop in 2014 and Baltic Event Co-Production Market in 2015; International Works In Progress in 2016;
Ravens (dir. Jens Assur), Baltic Event Co-Production Market in 2014;
Village Rockstars (dir. Rima Das), International Works In Progress in 2016;
Salyut-7 (dir. Klim Shipenko), International Works In Progress in 2016.

The 2017 Works In Progress submission closes on 15 September, 2017.

BLACK NIGHTS FF PARTNERS WITH INKTIP

Black Nights Film Festival has teamed up with InkTip, an online source for scripts and writers for the film industry. InkTip will provide three Black Nights FF competition award winners a chance to promote their next scripts to InkTip's entire network of producers, managers and agents.

Companies who are InkTip members include ABC, Anonymous Content, APA, CBS Films, HBO Films, ICM, Paradigm, Paramount Pictures, Hallmark Channel, FX, Universal, WME, Echo Lake, Zero Gravity, Bad Robot, 20th Century Fox, and many more.

Script Pool Tallinn accepts projects of a full-length fiction film (theatrical or TV), TV series, web series, new platforms (VR / AR / other). The best film or series script is awarded with 5000 euros and script doctor support by Telepool, and the best transmedia / multiplatform / interactve project invited to pitch at Storytek spring 2018 incubator session.
POWR Baltic Stories Exchange admits script ideas by Baltic and Nordic writers via their respective MEDIA Desks.

POWR Baltic Stories Exchange
admits script ideas by Baltic and Nordic writers via their respective MEDIA Desks. Seven screenplays in the early stages of development from the Nordic and Baltic countries as well as Flanders of Belgium, to deliver a good pitch and find a producer at the public project presentation as well as get industry feedback through pre-arranged POWR Meetings with carefully selected Baltic Event participants.
