On Sunday February 19, 2017, the Film Forum On The Lake Festival will be screening four of OldMan Hawk Film and HawkFilme’s short films. The festival is located at The Lodge & Conference Center at Geneva-on-the-Lake, 4888 North Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. The festival director, Carl Feather has stated that James W. Hawk’s work is exceptional and impressive. The festival program reads as follows: “James W. Hawk - a mini-festival. James W. Hawk grew up in East Cleveland and has been making films for much of his adult life. Although he worked in industrial sales, filmmaking has been his passion. Hawk lives in Connecticut. His films that will be screened include: 1 - ESQUIRE - a drama about an attorney struggling with morality. 2 - THE UNFORGIVEN - a drama about a husband who must make a difficult choice. 3 - AND YET IT MOVES - an animated short film about Galileo, Copernicus and Navin. 4 - WINTER SHADOWS MORPHING - a time lapse short.” ESQUIRE and THE UNFORGIVEN star Greg Nutcher who appeared in Steven Spielberg’s Bridge of Spies.
