Spike Lee, at the festival with his new film, Clockers, went from a high-powered international press conference to a Q&A with some London pupils as part of the latest LFF events. While Lee was keen to convey racial understanding, some of the kids preferred to charge him with anti-Semitism and he was invited to argue his case. He was probably wishing he was back with the pussycat press by then.
