For
its 53rd edition, Locarno is screening more than 70 films divided
into 3 main selections, featuring two different competitions: international
and video. Fifteen of these films will have the honor of being viewed
on the open-air screen of the Piazza Grande. Other programs include
a retrospective of Soviet cinema, a tribute to Spain and a new section
The King of the B's, which will give special focus to the directors
and producers insisting on a very personal vision.
