ShoWest is the annual convention for the motion picture industry with delegates from more than 40 different countries in attendance each year. The year 2000 edition is being held in Las Vegas at the Bally's Hotel and the Paris Las Vegas and is geared almost exclusively toward the mainstream product from the major studios. Seminars, demonstrations, trade show, screenings and parties headline the four-day event.
