Art Exhibition

Norwegian sculptor John Audun Hauge and photographer Morten Krogvold will be featured at the Haugesund Art Gallery between 16-31 August. Hauge adds to the monument which is permanently exhibited at the gallery, Krogvold shows 100 portraits of Norwegian filmmakers.

Awards

* The 12th Amanda ceremony Norway's Oscar equivalent will unspool prior to the actual festival programme, with statuettes awarded for Best Feature, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Short Film. Cinema Film of the Year. A Special Jury Prize and an Honourary Award will also be distributed
