INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILM FESTIVAL ŻubrOFFka is open festival that respects distinctness and variety so characteristic for Podlasie, it is the meeting place of open-minded artists, people with sense of humor, valuing nature and its creations. Our event is trying to be a platform of exchanging ideas and thoughts that will give possibility for creative meetings for people from The West and the East. The place for film show will be Forum Cinema and for accompanying events club Fama and other friendly places like Bialystok University and train Station PKP in Bialystok. Besides competitions we will prepare attractive film’s selection from other festivals as well energetic concerts.
