1. Overview 1-1. The International College Peace Film Festival(ICPFF) 2009 is organized by the Gangwon-do Provincial Office and co-managed by Gangwon Cultural Foundation and KNU University-Industry Cooperation Foundation. 1-2. ICPFF 2009 will be held from 26th to 29th Nov, 2009 in Chuncheon-si, Gangwondo, Korea. 1-3. Live action or documentary or animated film(video) has been made by College Students may be entered. 1-4. The screening format should be 16mm film, 35mm film, or HD, Digital Beta NTSC, BetacamSP NTSC, HDV cam, DV cam. - Selected films screening on 35mm film or HD must also submit a digital backup version suitable for screening purposes. Backup copies are accepted in BetacamSP NTSC or digital files. 1-5. No registration fee is required.
