ACTIVITIES Opening Ceremonies will take place on Wednesday, March 4. Please visit the DCIFF website for more information about opening night. Film Sessions will take place at the Phoenix Theater on the lower level of Union Station. Films with diverse political and cultural themes will be shown during twenty-three sessions over twelve nights, followed by Q&A discussions with the filmmakers. Participants will be given a rare opportunity to meet with and learn from preeminent independent producers and directors as well as top executives in the film industry.
