Chilereality is a Chilean documentary film festival based in the city of Chillan, Bio-Bio region, about 400Km south of the capital Santiago de Chile. This project was born in 2004 with the intention to show and promote Chilean documentaries, as well as to bring closer to the community the great quantity of audio-visual national and international production. While programming an international non competitive exhibit, we award : best national TV documentary film, best national documentary film and best new talents documentary short film. We also foster our work on education (documentary workshops for youngsters, one minute video competiton) and profesionalisation (Chilereality Documentary School for young profesionals).
