This is a brand new festival here in Wales. It will be held in the coastal town of Llanelli Carmarthenshire,which is where Wales' very first Hollywood film star was born. This will be the first new festival in the UK to adopt a film festival code of conduct,meaning and open and ethical festival.The aim of the festival is to promote local/welsh and Wales based film makers,especially welsh language films.The festival will also be open to UK and international film makers.
