AOF Fest is an incredible festival that features the best of International Projects.
After what was surely the best year in AOF history, we are back again for a repeat performance with more films, scripts, divisions, filmmakers, awards, prizes and even some pretty big surprises for the AOF Family. With thousands of filmmakers, writers, producers, distributors and fans on hand to make over 34 sold out screenings and seven nightly parties huge hits, there was no way that 2009 wasn't going to be a fantastic show. The Sunday Symposium was our best yet and Alan Bailey and his speakers and hosts were all top notch. As promised, both award shows; the Writer's Dinner and the Black Tie Dinner and Award Shows were sold out and not a seat was left at either event.
For 2010, we are pulling out all of the stops and as we announce our special stars and award winners for this coming season, we would like to thank those celebrities and special guests who made 2009 such a hit; guests like Ron Perlman, Eric Bana, Kim Coates, Morgan Sheppard, James Lew, Rick Peters and many others walked the Red Carpet at the beautiful Laemmle Theater and the Westin Pasadena and mingled and posed for photos with many of our showcasing filmmakers and writers. Even the mayor of Pasadena; Mayor Bogaard was in attendance to offer the Legends Award to the incredible actor Raymond J. Barry

The annual Action/Cut Short Film Competition is a Hollywood-based festival intended to discover the next generation of talented filmmakers, and assist them with unique prize packages in opening industry doors with networking meetings, cash, production softwares, and over 100 industry sponsored prizes.
