Festival presentation: 

From 2010 a nomadic City sets up two days and two nights each time in a different place. The Off/short is based on a very simple idea : give the opportunity to every short films’ or programmes’ scriptwriters, directors and producers to show their creations directly to the audience and people working in  the film industry. A place composed of short-lived screening spaces calling for the unrestrained ‘invaders’ imagination. Each participant (alone or in group) creates his own broadcasting space. Everything but a festival : no selection, no prize, no ceremony, no celebrity… Only 500 short films or programmes shown to the audience, more than 100 short-lived structures with unusual architectures and atmosphere. A nomadic city around film culture takes place next 27,28 and 29  of August 2010 somewhere in  Aisne ( North of France) : The Off/short gives the opportunity to short films' scriptwriters, directors, producers and distributors to show their creations directly to the audience and professionals. The event lasts 2 days including a big part of each night. It generally starts on a Friday evening and ends on a Sunday afternoon. Timetable : Friday : 5.00 pm to 3.00 am Saturday : 10.00 am to 3.00 am Sunday : 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (This timetable is just an idea, everything is possible!)
