Depuis 2003, Médiamétrie suit chaque semaine l'évolution des films sortant sur 100 copies et plus. Sur cette base, il est possible pour chaque film de connaître son niveau de notoriété, les sources d'information qui ont crée cette notoriété, le niveau d'intention de voir que suscite le film ainsi que les éléments qui motivent à la vision du film.

Cette étude hebdomadaire est réalisée par Internet (système CAWI) auprès d'individus 15+ France entière, ayant déclaré être allés au cinéma au cours des 12 derniers mois

Box office US

Ant-Man, avec 58 millions de dollars de recette, se place en tête du box-office US. Pixels, avec 24 millions de dollars, arrive 2^ème tandis que le film Les Minions se retrouve 3^ème, avec 22 millions de dollars.
