Presenting its 31st edition in New Delhi, this festival has been held in every major city in India on a roving basis. The competition section is open to feature films by Asian directors produced in Asian countries and in competition for the Golden and Silver Peacock Awards, while Cinema of the World is open to films already honored at other festivals. Also on the program, Retrospectives and Tributes and an Indian Panorama of 16 feature films and 19 non-feature films.
