Contest Rules: PRIZE: One prize will be awarded: a "VIP PACKAGE" consisting of two VIP reserved tickets to the 5th Annual Le Prix Cristal International Film Star Awards Show and chauffeured transportation for two to and from the Gala within the city limits of Los Angeles, and two VIP gift bags. Winner and guest are required to adhere to the formal dress code (black-tie for men, appropriate formal wear for women), or they will forfeit the award. One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by the deadline, in a random drawing, and will be contacted in writing and/or by phone. Acceptance by written response (letter, email, fax) is required within three days of notification, or the winner shall forfeit the award, and another winner will be selected in the same manner, and subject to the same regulations. Anyone who is at least 18 years of age may enter the contest, and may send in an unlimited number of entries, in either acceptable form (mail or fax). Contest void where prohibited. Award has no cash value and cannot be sold, bartered, or otherwise transferred. Photo identification with proof of age required to collect the prize. Event Producers and Sponsors and their employees are not eligible to enter the contest.
