We get it. The hundreds of film festivals to choose from, all those fees, the worry of not getting in or learning that your creative work won’t be seen. You can be great and we want to help. SeeFlik is a platform for emerging filmmakers to showcase their work to heavyweights in the film industry while building exposure from millions of online viewers like you. If you’re hungry to grow and you’ve made a movie, upload it and enter the competition. There is no fee to enter and we are awarding $50,000 in cash prize money, as well as opportunities to showcase films at major talent agencies for representation. Who knows, you may be the next great filmmaker. Give us your best shot.

The competition is open to current students of any accredited undergraduate or graduate film program or alumni that have graduated after May 1, 2006.

SeeFlik is an online film competition open to current students and alumni (5 years or less) of an accredited film school. There are two separate competitions, one based on audience votes and one on our panel of judges selections. Each competition will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner, receiving $7,500, $5,000 and $2,500, respectively. In addition, there will be an overall winner based upon a combination of both contests, who will receive the Overall Winner's Prize of $20,000. All winners will be showcased to major talent agents through David Greenblatt, a well-known manager who has partnered with SeeFlik.

How to submit:

Go to http://www.seeflik.com/, register for free and follow directions to upload your film.
There is absolutely no cost, you need to provide proof of enrollment in an accredited film school, which can be completed after you upload your film.

The competition has three rounds:
First Round - One vote per film per registered user. You can vote for as many films as you like.
Second Round - "Top 20" - Registered users will be given 10 votes to be allocated as they choose.
Third Round - "Top 10" - Registered users will be given 5 votes to be allocated as they choose.
The filmmakers receiving the most votes from viewers throughout all three rounds, will be the winners

You retain full rights to your film. When submiting you are simply granting SeeFlik a non-exclusive right to display your film until March 31, 2012.
