How to submit to ÉCU in 5 easy steps

STEP ONE:
Are you eligible to submit? Read ÉCU’s rules and regulations to answer all your questions.

STEPT TWO:
Check the appropriate category

STEP THREE: Download, print, and fill out the Submission form.

STEP FOUR: Fill the form

STEP FIVE:
Package your film (DVD), submission form and cheque* and mail everything to:
The European Independent Film Festival,
108 rue Damremont, 75018, Paris, France.

*Note: If you cannot pay by PayPal, please write a check payable in Euros – in the appropriate amount (see prices above) – to the order of “ÉCU Film Festival”.

Note: ALL DVDs MUST be in by the January deadline.

Film Submission Deadlines
Early Bird Deadline: November 20, 2011
Regular Deadline: December 18, 2011
Late Deadline: January 8, 2012
WAB Extended Deadline: January 15, 2012

ESSENTIAL CHECKLIST:
IMPORTANT: Before sending your film make sure you have:

1.DVD clearly labelled with:

• Name of film/Director /Run Time/Aspect ratio

2. Information form fill out and signed.

• It is essential to provide a contact email and telephone number

3. Non English films need to be subtitled in English
4. Two digital screen shots of film (high resolution if possible)
5. One digital photo of director
6. Synopsis in English and in French if possible
7. Official trailer (if possible)
8. Pay Pal confirmation or a cheque made payable to ÉCU Film Festival
9. Film rating

The 2012 Program Schedule will be posted in February 2012 and will offer ÉCU festival attendees of all ages and tastes a chance to experience the unique offerings that can only be found at an indie film fest.
