The Gangrene Film Festival is held annually in Layton, Utah for one night. The Festival showcases short, comedy filled films created by local and national filmmakers throughout the U.S.

The Gangrene Comedy Film Festival, created by Gangrene Productions (a mediaRif company), regularly posts funny movies for your enjoyment.

Like so many great things in the world, the Gangrene Comedy Film Festival started with humble beginnings. Originally, festival founder, Larry Nybo’s intention was to hold a filmstrip festival. The Gangrene Film Festival: Wonton was to feature a series of independent filmstrips, run on a jr. high school filmstrip projector. Now in its 10th year, the Gangrene Film Festival continues to break new and weird ground, all while keeping you laughing.
