Dear Sir/Madam, Festival Greeting from CMS ICFF-2011 I am Varghese Kurian, the Head of Department CMS Films Division and the Festival Director, ICFF- 2011. CMS Films Division has a full fledged Audio Video Division engaged in making of films by film experts. We have to our credit production of 34 films touching various aspects of child development and psyche. Using cinema as a medium of concrete education. City Montessori School Lucknow, INDIA under the aegis of CMS Films Division Lucknow has been organizing Children's Film Festivals year after year. The Second International Children's Film Festival (ICFF-10) was organized from 6th April 2010 to 12th April 2010 at World Unity Convention Centre, CMS Girls' Degree College Kanpur Road, Lucknow which was out and out successful show. The film festival vista had competitive sections with awards to the tune of ten hundred thousand Indian Rupees (Rupees Ten Lakhs). The Film entries were received from 38 countries worldwide. Many celebrities from the film fraternity namely Mr Amol Palekar, Mr Farooq Sheikh, Mr Mauzaffar Ali, and his wife Ms Meera Ali, Ms Naghma , Child Actor Darsheel Safari, Singer Vineet Singh and Harshit Sexena graced our II film festival with their benign presence. We are now gearing up to organize the THIRD INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN'S FILM FESTIVAL, (3rd ICFF 2011) which will be held at City Montessori School Lucknow-India, from 5th to 11th April 2011. The films will be awarded cash prizes up to Rupees Ten Lakhs in various categories. The broad categories are: (i) Best Children Feature Film : A Golden trophy and cash prize of Rs. 3, 00,000/- (DIRECTOR Rs 200,000.00 PRODUCER 100,000.00) (ii) Second Best Feature Film: -Rs. 1,00,000/- (DIRECTOR Rs 60,000.00 PRODUCER 40,000.00) (iii) Best Animation Film : A Golden trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 2,00,000/- (DIRECTOR Rs 1,25,000.00 PRODUCER 75,000.00) (iv) Best Short Animation Film A Golden Trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/- (DIRECTOR Rs 60,000.00 PRODUCER 40,000.00) (v) Best Feature Animation Film A Golden Trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/- (DIRECTOR Rs 60,000.00 PRODUCER 40,000.00) (vi) Special Jury Award Dr Jagdish Gandhi award and cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/- (DIRECTOR Rs 60,000.00 PRODUCER 40,000.00) (vii) Audience Award Dr (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi award and a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/- (DIRECTOR Rs 60,000.00 PRODUCER 40,000.00) I take this opportunity to invite you to send children’s films for our THIRD INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S FILM FESTIVAL, (3rd ICFF 2011).
