Glen Rose Neo·Relix Film Festival GRNRFF's blogThe objective of the GRNRFF is to showcase both shorts and features from around the world that illustrate the passage of time; where we have been and where we are going. Glen Rose is home of the last Nuclear Power Plant built in the United States, home to the State Dinosuar of Texas, the Paluxysaurus Jonesi and home to 7 endangered species located at Fossil Rim. Glen Rose's only theater, The Palace, closed many years ago, so GRNRFF utilizes unusual locations to project and present the films in competition. These include outdoor venues, restored historical sites and even an old barn attached to a new restaurant, making the combination of the projection technology and historical significance of the venue a literal NEO·RELIX experience.
