The London International Documentary Festival 2011 is the UK's largest independent documentary showcase featuring more than 140 films from 40 countries over a two week period. Highlights of this year's festival include the UK premieres of Martin Scorsese's "Letter to Elia" and Brigitte Berman's "Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist and Rebel", Focus on Pakistan and the Middle East, a Sneak Preview of "Happy" and a programme of Italian Directed feature documentaries. LIDF takes place from 13th-28th May at venues across London. www.lidf.co.uk
