"Come 2012, and India will be up in arms with their handycams once again because Bhumika, the biggest amateur film festival in India is not only back to rock you, but is also celebrating its 6th anniversary since its existence in 2006.

Succeeding the Bhumika film festival ‘11, the most awaited event is now about to hit again. This year it is about to follow and amplify the legacy of inspiring the students of media industry as it promotes the Film Making talent all across the globe.

We now announces Bhumika Film Festival 2012. Bhumika film festival has been the greatest amateur film festival in Mumbai.

The three-day-festival will be held in Vishnudas Bhave Natyagruha. The shortlisted entries from different colleges and freelance film makers (comprising short films, animated short films, music video, advertisements, PSAs) will be screened during the event and the best entries of the respective categories will be judged and awarded by the Industry Professionals. Rally for ---- is a social cause and an inevitable part of the festival.

With a participation of colleges across the Globe, an audience count of over 1,500 people everyday and a long list of celebrities and film experts, it doesn't get any bigger than this!
