The Concept - Additional Information
The Acid Theatre is a unique concept evolving from a meeting between a director and a music artist. The video and the song are created simultaneously by an extraordinary joint venture of two professionals, both specialized in their game. Challenged by their ability to adapt to one another the project was put to a whole new level of creativity.
Another unique thing about this unique production is that it’s been fully financed by the artists. This gave them total creative freedom to apply the newest techniques in cinema production, like the custom developed E.D.I.© effect.
DuBTeK , a mix of “Dubstep” and “Tekno”, is a new futuristic and up-beat dance music. DuBTeK is on the rise to be the next big thing and “The Acid Theatre” shall be the messenger to deliver this prophecy to the devoted followers of dance music.
“Extreme Detail Image” is the new ultra high definition experience which will give your film the fullest and richest detail possible. The Acid Theatre© is the first film project in which E.D.I has been fully enabled.

In the first half of the 20th century, La Louvière was a prosperous mining town in Belgium. Today, more than three decades after the closing of the last mine, this same place is generally known as a grim town famous for its high unemployment rates. Still, to those who are willing to look beyond the statistics, this town reveals its beauty. In particular, this documentary shows a multicultural and convivial ...

Playful, beautifully designed adaptation of the fairy tale Goldilocks and the three bears. Except this time, the bear comes to visit her.
A hunter is after a bear in the forest. The bear hides in the house of the little girl Goldilocks, who gives him food and plays with him. But then everything changes. The first short film by Desaunay is a wayward, ironic adaptation of the British fairytale Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

The Charlotte Horror Fest is horror and sci-Fi film festival taking place every October in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event is
produced by Indie Film Force, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2005, which also produces the already established Charlotte Film Festival
The mission of the Charlotte Horror Fest is to bring filmmakers and film fans together for a celebration of the Horror and Sci-Fi genres. To create an event where the films can receive a quality projection that is on par with the dedication and perseverance that went into making them and fans can experience the works the way the filmmakers envisioned it. Along the way, we encourage fans to jump in and participate in whatever creative way feels right, so that the recipe will be complete and we’ll be able to fulfill what is the ultimate goal of the festival: to create and celebrate community.
Now, we are filmmakers too. So we understand that excellence is usually more easily noticed if it’s formally awarded. With that in mind, the 2012 Charlotte Horror Fest will present the following 17 awards:
