As you know, ÉCU organized a special screening at Café Coutume in
Paris and it was successful. ÉCU screened two films that won awards at
the 2011 festival – Paths of Hate and Salam Rugby. Guests really

“The Rhythm of My Life” by filmmakers Franck Onouviet and Marc A. Tchicot is a new submission to ÉCU 2012. “The Rhythm of My Life” follows in an unconventional way the journey of 'ISH', a former Miami based rapper, who traveled to Africa to visit his family. Little did he know that Libreville, Gabon would be the place where the project of his dreams would fall in his lap. Check out the trailer!
“Dirty Old Town,” a gonzo hit showing the darker side of Manhattan, will be released theatrically in Germany and Switzerland!
On Thursday June 16th, “Dirty Old Town” will premiere at the Kult Kino in Basel, Switzerland. On Monday June 20th, it will then premiere at the legendary Kino Babylon in Berlin with other engagements to follow.

The 3rd edition of the London Taiwan Cinefest kicked off yesterday with a great buzz and numbers in attendance. The opening film is the small indie debut of both its' directors, Wang Yu-lin and Essay Liu (respectively also producer and writer). I did a lot of writing for the film in the beginning as
Victor was shooting. We spoke of using a voice over, a narrator who
