Nesta Morgan's blognesta's.fest21.com, the Signature Sketch collection of caricature filmic moments in the festival community... I storyboard, and design film and tv sets. My sketchbooks are full of the character and environment settings of both cinema and literary worlds, they are my own original storyboard collection of festival travel sketches, with pen and paper. Nesta's Sketch Collection covers The Berlinale Talent Campus, Edinburgh Film & Literature Festival, Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, Viennale Festival, London BFI Film Festival, Discovering Latin America Film Festival, Hay on Wye Literary Festival at Hay ... the International Film Festival Summit talks and the fictional San Lorenzo Festival... aswell as various Key London cultural events, Millers Academy of Arts and Science, Intelligence Squared and YouGovStone. The more I sketch, the more I see.

The Coronary Bar... Chapter Two
"fanned by strategic expenditures until it becomes reality"
Scenario:
Henry Dean, veteran publicist, resists retirement by holding onto his PR job for the San Lorenzo Film Festival…and maintaining a long-running affair with his beloved Leticia... But Henry’s job (and love affair) depends upon looking after the Festival’s guest of honor – a cantankerous older film director who only needs a little press – and the task is proving much more trouble than anticipated.
And so in my take of A Festival Wife: Chapter 2, Henry Dean is the man who puts himself in the minds of the people around him. As the Images flurry through this chapter's scenarios, my picture became inspired by a number of Rex’s lines to which I imagine Dean’s observation of character and plot, "The Face-To-Face Axiom was one of the peculiar syndromes endemic to festival life"…"And the bottom line rules everything…Even art”…
…Henry Dean “The one who is so fond of the bottom line" plays “The Stallion”, he enacts his “little ritual tête-à-tête" "attentive only to the blonde at his side" the beloved Leticia… they fold "his hands into a little tent" - "the little teepee" - from which the dream of all the "outrageous perks the invited VIPs were demanding this year and - most importantly - a plain envelope containing a fat wad of lira for which no accounting was ever necessary" falls into his lap… "A fragile illusion"…
"The little worm" "a young man with one ear glued to a cell phone" "with pink skin" passes by Camera Left. "The Worm peered” at Dean and The Coronary Bar “from beneath his pink brow", yes, one "could tell the festival was really underway”, “the Lavender Twins had taken their customary place at the bar occupying two barstools in the very middle” their view looking over toward the server and a statuesque lemon cake, a picture of indulgence… "No photo layout on the San Lorenzo Film Festival was complete without a cameo appearance."
