Razibul Hossain is a Filmmaker, Photographer and a faculty in film and media studies. He made three films BALUGHORI (The Sand Clock), UNADITTYA (Less Than Sun God) and MRITTU PAREY BARI (Life in the Shores of Death), the First film BALUGHORI made the history in Bangladeshi Cinema with introducing of Digital technology as a medium of filmmaking first time. Razibul has been honored several times in different International and National Film Festivals.
BALUGHORI had its International Premier at Second South Asian Film Festival in New Delhi, India, 2007. Razibul’s second movie UNADITTYA (Less than Sun God) got the chance to have the World Premiere at Third South Asian Film Festival in Goa, India, 2008. UNADITTYA was also an Official Selection of 8th Third Eye Asian Film Festival in Mumbai, India, 2009 and Human Rights Film Festival 2008, Dhaka. Razibul's 3rd movie Life in the Shore of Death was also premiered at 12th Dhaka International Film Festival 2012, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
In his professional career he worked in different TV stations, Advertisement agency and NGO's. He plays the role as a Resource Person in several University and Film Schools. He completed his Masters degree in Theatre Direction from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh.
