The Northern Wave International Film Festival will be celebrated from the 2th to the 4th of March 2012
in Grundarfjörður, Iceland. The philosophy of the festival, upon which
its name is based, is Nouvelle Vague, or New Wave. Like Nouvelle Vague,
Northern Wave attempts to revive the recognition of film making as an
art form and the director as artist/author. An important goal of the
festival is to develop relationships between experienced filmmakers and
emerging filmmakers in Iceland and other countries. We are a visionary
festival that celebrates artistic and ground braking films by filmmakers
who dare to take risks.

~ FEL, Festival Director, Creative Arts Film Festival
CAFF considers short length films that are 30 minutes maximum (including credits), and we offer filmmakers premiere exposure to entertainment industry professionals and fans worldwide via our website. We are completely driven by love of the craft and our festival is committed to the filmmakers who bring great short films to the world.
Founded by filmmaker and creative artist, FEL, CAFF is like no other film festival, because it is designed to promote YOU, the filmmaker. Our innovations are all designed to further YOUR career. Such as: The Perfect Spirit Awards – to bring recognition and accreditation to your work; Submitted Film Listings – Our massive additional promotional vehicle for our creative artists JUST FOR SUBMITTING A PROJECT; and, Video interviews of our filmmakers. These are all unique marketing ideas that no other film festival in the world had ever explored before CAFF.
CAFF offers all of these initiatives because it brings more attention to YOU, the creative artist. They were pioneered to better serve the filmmaker. And, mixed with our marketing efforts, CAFF does all it can do to get you and your project in front of every single person around the world.
Thank You and Good Luck from Creative Arts Film Festival.

MISSION & OBJECTIVE
Showcasing Mélies to indies to blockbusters, the Boston Science Fiction Film Festival brings filmmakers and audiences together to celebrate the diversity of imagination through film.
International horror/sci-fi/weird/cult film festival was launched in 2005 on 100th anniversary of Slovenian cinematography in Ljutomer. This picturesque town in the middle of wine-growing region of Prlekija is where the first Slovenian motion pictures were made by the hand of Dr. Karol Grossmann. Festival featured a selection of unconventional movies and brought to Ljutomer most of their authors, which was something quite uncommon for Slovenian conditions. This tradition was carried on successfully with an indispensable addition of wine, the pride and joy of Prlekija region, opening completely new horizons of gastronomical pleasures to all our guests and visitors. Since November 2010, Grossmann festival is an Adherent member of the European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation, the largest network of genre film festivals in the world, with members in 16 countries and with a joint audience of around 600 000 people.
