SPECIAL CORPORATE PRODUCTION AWARD: STRIVE TENNIS ACADEMY CALL TO ACTION FOR DIRECTORS WHO CAN SUBMIT?  Anyone is eligible to submit to this separate FREE category as long as you have submitted one other project to a main category by October 31st. This includes anyone that has received a credit on your current submitted project, not just the credited director. You are also welcome to submit more than one submission for this category.The winning director will receive award recognition and if selected as the final production, get the chance to be a part of a MIX production this winter. This category is a time-sensitive project where you have only 2 weeks to submit your director’s vision & storyboard for the winning short film script we select.  SUBMISSION DEADLINE:  The vision & storyboard must be submitted to info@themixshorts.com by November 17th, midnight, Eastern Time. *However, in order to be eligible you must put up your entry on Withoutabox by Oct 31st.How it works:  Two weeks ago, we gave writers the chance to submit a script for our partnering corporation, Strive Tennis Academy. We are choosing a winner by October 31st then releasing the script for all who would like to compete for the script’s direction.  In order to participate, simply read this call to action, put your entry up on Withoutabox (while this is free, we still need to have a copy of your release form, etc.), and then be on the lookout for the script to come via email. Once you get the script, you have two weeks to complete the director’s vision/storyboard. Please submit it in PDF form no later than November 17 at midnight, eastern time

LENGTH/FORMAT:  Short film – under 10 minutes.
