Sven Alexander Heinrich Wins Accolade Competition

La Jolla, California, December 2, 2011 - Sven Alexander Heinrich, graduated student from the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica, has won a prestigious Award of Merit from The Accolade Competition. The award was given for Sven Heinrich´s exciting music video, Hip Hop International (Hip Hop Internacional), which portrays a song of the extinct Mexico based international hip hop formation "I2" (MC LU-K, Tyreza, D-Black, Merolico, Kolmillo, and Itza). This music video production features a group of hip hop artists characterizing them and the content of the song in an exceptionally original way.

"I feel very honored by the decision of the judging committee of the Accolade Competition to give Hip Hop International this prize [Award of Merit]. I was trying to characterize the content of the song reflecting its spirit and the individual inputs of the different artists in a way so that the music video reflects their approach truthfully and sticking to their message. I hope I achieved this goal, and I thank the Accolade committee for recognizing my attempt."
