A three-day event featuring films from around the world, live music and entertainment. Set in historic downtown Wilmington. A unique opportunity for filmmakers to network in a city built around film. Minutes from the beach and EUE Screen Gems Studio.

The 9th annual festival will be held from May 1-3 for three days of short films, socializing and great prizes. There will be a $1000 grand prize for best short, as well as individual category prizes.

Short films of any genre are accepted and must be 41 minutes in length or less. Submissions must be made on NTSC DVD or VHS. Submission deadlines are as follows:
