NYNL will host two more short film screening nights upcoming and a week long festival New York No Limits Film Series 2013 Summit in December.  The 2013 Summit will present feature films, featurettes and short film as part of the SUMMIT program.
DEADLINES:
Short Film: WAB Extended for Short Film on 6/27 is 5/15/13. Short films must be no longer than 29 minutes.
Features: WAB Extended 7/15
Featurettes: WAB Extended 7/15 Featurettes must be at least 30 minutes and no more than 49 minutes in length. 

SCREENPLAY COMPETITION: NYNL is happy to announce the 2013 screenplay competition. $4,000 prize. Please submit at http://www.newyorknolimits.com

NYNL SUMMIT 2013 December 5th - 7th at Williamsburg Cinemas and The Wild Project NYC. 
All film genres and styles are accepted. International and student films are encouraged to submit. In 2011 the film series screened over 100 films from 15 different countries. We have screened every type of film from animation to music video to experimental.

In 2012 the NYNL jury consisted of the producers from BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD and LIFE AQUATIC WITH STEVE ZISSOU. 

NYNL is a ongoing collection of screenings that presents the best short films from around the world in the most unique and dynamic arts city in the world. The series provides filmmakers the opportunity to present innovative, taboo and diverse films to a new audience at the state of the art Wild Project event space.  Feature films are accepted throughout the year. Awards announced at the conclusion of the Summit:

Call For Entry New York No Limits 2011 Spring Film Series

New York No Limits would like to thank all the filmmakers who participated in the Winter Series that concluded on January 29th in New York City.  The line up of 20 shorts was strong and had a decidedly diverse, international program content.

We would also like to announce that the submission deadline for the 2011 Spring Series is February 15th, 2011.  The 2011 Spring Series debuts March 18th, 2011 at The Wild Project in New York City. Every form of film media is welcome; from the drama to horror and animation to claymation - our intention is to program it all and that is what we accomplished for the Winter Series.  We believe the future of film is global content as more and more people have the opportunity to view film and video.

We are extremely happy to announce that NYNL is now offering a $1,000.00 cash prize to the Best Short Film of the series at the conclusion of the 2011 Fall Series.  The best films of a particular series are selected from each seasonal series and programmed as part of the Fall, the winner is chosen from industry professionals including; filmmakers, producers and actors.
