Do the math! Your chances of being selected are greater when you submit to smaller boutique festivals like the charming New Kingston film festival in the beautiful Catskills mountains two and a half hours northwest of New York City.  

This year NKFF has been rewarded a grant and will be providing some stipends to filmmakers to attend the festival.
