It has now been confirmed that besides Regina Jackson, Director of the venerable East Oakland Youth Development Center, Oakland Chief of Police, Chief Batts, will speak at the Premiere of "Nobody Knows Where the Bullet Goes."

Film Back-Story:

This film frames the tragic dynamic of people who have been shot/killed by bullets never intended for them. The film's back-story is about a teen who has lost adear friend to a random bullet. He has shut himself off from the world, and the gospel choir he loves. His mother tries to draw him back out. This story playsout against  song and images that illustrate the pain and the good of the city of Oakland, CA.
