Out of the 59 short films presented between March 14-24, the five nominated were "41 Days" by Ahmed Aziz of Egypt, "Night Visit" by Piotr Chrzan of Poland, "Siggil" by Remi Mazet of France, "1937" by Svetozar Golovlev of Russia, and "Covariance" by Dawn Westlake of the United States. The prize went to Russia's "1937".
