The 5th annual NAPERVILLE INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL (NIFF) calls for entries

The annual NAPERVILLE INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL (NIFF) is still building steam after 4th successful years in beautiful Naperville, Illinois, located just outside of Chicago.

Fueled by true industry expertise, enthusiastic audiences, and drives of innovative filmmakers from all over the world, NIFF offers eight days of great festival fare. In 2010, NIFF had six Feature Film that was picked up and released even before the Festival was over!

2010 saw 2 Feature Films and one Documentary get picked up by distribution companies.
NIFF strives to maximize the attendance of industry professionals who truly believe in the Independent Filmmaker, opening the door for filmmakers to network with production, financing and distribution companies. Nominated filmmakers receive a ticket to the closing night red carpet awards ceremony, where Mr. and Mrs. Roger Ebert traditionally attend and present awards.
Mr. Ebert declared NIFF "a big success", and Richard Dreyfuss also offered his endorsement. Alum Ron Vignone (SAY I DO) simply calls NIFF "amazing on every level." One of many unique attractions NIFF offers is that all filmmakers who are not accepted to the Festival will receive constructive feedback about their projects to help them understand the Festival's decision. Screenwriting and acting classes are also offered during the week.

NIFF aims to encourage filmmakers of all ages to create and distribute films that entertain, inspire, and stir the human spirit.

The Festival places no restrictions on its program; all submitted works are juried solely on their merits and the Festival seeks inventive, incisive, passionate, or socially responsive films.

Connect to a vibrant film community transcendent of age and genre...submit your project to the Naperville Independent Film Festival today!
