The 49th New York Film Festival 2011(NYFF 2011) premiere of George Harrison: Living in the Material World, directed by Martin Scorsese commenced Tuesday, October 4, 2011, 6:30pm at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall. Presented by the Film Society of Lincoln Center, the HBO documentary airs Wednesday, October 5, and Thursday, October 6, 9:00PM ET. Red carpet arrivals at the premiere included Adrian Grenier, Eric Idle, Helen Morris, Margaret Bodde, Martin Scorsese, Nigel Sinclair, Olivia Harrison, Rita Wilson, Sean Young, Warren Zanes, and industry executives.
