"Nowhere" est un voyage en apnée dans la journée banale d'un adolescent de 18 ans, Dark Smith, hanté par la fin du monde et la quête de l'amour pur. Si son amie Mel apprécie Dark, elle appartient aussi à la sulfureuse Lucifer et à d'autres garçons. Pendant ce temps, Dark fantasme sur la beauté éthérée de Montgomery, ange déchu du paradis californien. Mel veut profiter de la vie avant qu'il ne soit trop tard...
Nowhere's weblike narrative charts a day in the hilarious and tragic life of Dark Smith, a gorgeous, alienated 18 year old obsessed with the End of the World and finding his one true and lasting love. The object of his affection, Mel feels for him deeply but can't commit herself to any one person or gender, splitting her time between Dark and her curvaceous, acid-tongued girlfriend Lucifer. Dark, meanwhile, becomes enthralled by the beauteous Montgomery, literally a vision to behold beneath the golden California sun.

Gregg Araki est né à Los Angeles et a grandi dans le sud de la Californie. Il est diplômé de cinéma de l'Université de Santa Barbara et titulaire d'un Master en cinéma de l'Université de Southern California.
Auteur, producteur, réalisateur et monteur, Gregg Araki réalise des films comme on mène une guérilla. " Nowhere " est le troisième volet de la trilogie " Teen Apocalypse " dont les deux premiers sont " Totally Fucked Up " et " The Doom Generation ".
