Question : Thanks Nick, Good luck with A Close Shave.
Answer : Nick Park : Thank You, I hope you enjoy the new film.

Question : John : How many people are involved in producing a film called the Wrong Trousers?
Answer : There were a crew of between 10 and 15 involved in making The Wrong Trouser.

Question : Simmon Do you have any say in the Wallace and Grommit accessories that are marketed
Answer : I do and ... but it is a full time job approving everything. I wish I had more time to spend on it.

Question : Is the music written especialy for your films.
Answer : The only thing that is recorded prior to filming are the voices for the characters. The music is written is written very much around the picture.

Question : Matt : Have you thought of using computer animation?
Answer : I have.

Question : Did you have anything to do with that bit of topiary opposite Broadmead?
Answer : Let me explain. Broadmead is the main shopping center in Bristol, home of Aardman.

Question : Where do you keep your Oscar?
Answer : They did call it a travesty of taste, in a glass cabinet in the Aardman kitchen.

Question : Where did you get the bow-tie you wore at the Oscar Ceremoniy?
Answer : I made it out of wrapping paper. I needed a bow-tie on the morning off the Oscar and could not find a good one.

Brian : having a conference in UK time is great.

Question : Graeme : Bearing in mind the sales you have mentioned, surely it's tempting to just release a new half our program every year rather than spend 3-4 years producing a feature film.
Answer : Well I think the video sales are a bonus rather than the reason for making the film. I'm more interested in film making for the cinema.

Question : Niall : What advice would you have for a young person wanting to go into film making?
Answer : Ummmm well, personnaly I started making 8mm cine films at the age of 13 and continued as a hobby through my teens having hands on experience like this is by far the best way of starting of.

Question : Gump : Do you think you have a greater response in the UK or in the US?
Answer : At present the following is much higher in the UK. But it's beginning to catch on and have a cult following in the States. 100.000 thousands video in the States, 300.000 in the UK.

Question : Brian : I have two daughters (age 3 & 1) who love The Wrong Trousers and A Grand Day. Will A close Shave be available on vodeo?
Answer : It is going to be available on december 28th.
